Here at Portmellon Cove Guest House we take our quality and service extremely seriously. We have threfore submitted ourselves to the strict quality audits set by Visit England and Quality in Tourism. We have been awarded a Five Star Grading with Silver Award for service and hospitality. This standard has to be audited each year and it is something we are very proud of. During 2004 and 2005 we entered the Cornwall Tourism Awards and are very proud to have been finalists for both years. We have not entered since but now feel it is time to do so again, possibly for 2010.

Maintaining standards is a relentless job and to aid this task we get the help from the many tourism associations we are members of.
